All charter requests are subject to aircraft availability and operational approvals. A booking is only confirmed once a written agreement is issued by Jet One and payment is received as per the agreed terms.
2. Payments and Cancellations
Payments must be made in accordance with the conditions set out in your booking confirmation. Cancellations may be subject to penalties based on the timing and terms stated in each individual agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 10 business days.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must present valid travel documents and arrive at the departure location at the designated time. Any delays, no-shows, or missing documentation may result in denied boarding or additional fees.
4. Aircraft Substitution
Jet One reserves the right to substitute the aircraft with a comparable model in cases of operational necessity or unforeseen circumstances, ensuring service level and comfort are maintained.
5. Liability
Jet One acts as a broker and arranges flights with certified aircraft operators. While we ensure compliance with the highest safety and service standards, Jet One is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by third-party operators or external factors.
6. Use of Website
The website and its content are the property of Jet One and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent. Use of the website must comply with all applicable laws and must not harm or attempt to disrupt our systems or users.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
